Right-to-life laws in danger of becoming outdated

Many of you have heard of the concept of so-called “personhood” laws, which are attempts to make abortion illegal via legally defining a fertilized embryo as a human being. Well, now the University of Tulsa’s student newspaper, the Collegian, has broken the story of an attempt in the Oklahoma legislature to define life as beginning with orgasm.

This is actually a part of their April Fool’s edition so the story is fake. Fake, but hilarious. I would just link to their news site, but the Collegian apparently only updates it every few months or so. (Awkward.)

So, if you click here you can read the story on my via.me account. Just zoom in if the print is too small.

I know you have opinions. Make them known.
