How to be Righteously Indignant, but with Grace

Pat Robertson.

Pat Robertson says that divorcing your spouse if they have Alzheimer’s disease is okay because it’s a type of death. He made the remarks in response to a man asking for advice on how to talk to a friend who was seeing another woman when his wife was dying with Alzheimer’s.

The man is senile. It apparently happens to all of us at some point before we die so before we all have a Pat Robertson Sucks Party, let’s just keep that in mind. Obviously, what he said needs to be countered and corrected, but it long ago ceased to be news when Pat Robertson said something incendiary.

  1. Pat Robertson has totally lost it, and he wasn’t exactly playing with a full deck before he went senility set in.

Every time I read one of his articles, I wonder why he has an audience these days.

I know you have opinions. Make them known.
